A Scout Is Cheerful

It makes you cheerful that I’m continuing this series of posts. Come on, you can admit it.
This seems like such an easy element of the scout law for the scouts to live up to? Then tell me why it is that so many of so many don’t always appear to do it? I say we all ask our troops to dedicate themselves to being cheerful for an entire campout. Consider it an experiment to see if their little noggins will spontaneously combust from too much glee.
CHEERFUL – adjective
