Chivalry is not dead! Our young scouts (boys and girls) need to be taught that not only in word, but in action. We, as their leaders, need to remember to be courteous to others as we go through the day. How courteous are you behind the wheel? See!?! Those same scouts that we teach to live by such high standards are with us when we’re driving. It is up to us to be a shining example of how to treat each other and it doesn’t stop at the scout meeting, in the car, or by opening a door. Francis Bacon said it best.
