Marshall H. has earned and became troop 483 and Boy Scouts of America’s newest Eagle Scout tonight. I have known Marshall since he joined the Troop in 2001. He has worked hard over the years to reach his goal of becoming an Eagle. I know his parents and family are very proud as well as the Troop of this fine young man. Congratulations again Marshall.
