Congratulations to troop 483’s newest Eagle Scout Jon Sherrill. Jon’s board of review went very well tonight. Jon recently turned 17 and has been working very hard toward his eagle rank and demonstrating outstanding leadership in the troop as ASPL. Jon is now looking foreword to earning his palms and becoming an Junior Assistant Scoutmaster. It has been my honor being one of Jon leaders and his Scoutmaster over the years and watching him grow into a fine young man.

Thanks also for really showing the new scouts a great example of how an Eagle is supposed to act and respect people. When my son and his friends joined the troop, you and the other scouts really welcomed them with open arms and have done a good job of including them.
